Terms of use

These terms apply to everyone who uses Best Crash Games. "We" is Best Crash Games and "you" are the person using the site. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Who may use the site

The site is for adults only. You may use it if you are 18 or older, or of the legal age for gambling where you live if that age is higher.

The site shows gambling games. In some places such content, or playing such games, is restricted or banned. Whether you may view it or play where you live is for you to check.

What the site is

Best Crash Games is a directory: lists of games, facts about them, links to their demos and, for some games in some countries, links to casinos that pay to be shown. It is information, not a gambling service. You cannot deposit, bet or win money here.

Nothing on the site is advice, whether about gambling, money or the law. A rank is our estimate of how popular a game is worldwide and nothing more. It is not a recommendation, and it does not say that a game is fair, safe or legal where you live.

Demos, studios and casinos

Demos run on the studios' own sites, with play money. Studio websites, casinos and every other site we link to are separate services, with their own terms and their own privacy rules. What they do, and what happens there, is not covered by these terms, and as the operator of this site we are not responsible for it.

For some games, in some countries, Play shows casinos instead of the demo. Each of them pays to be there and is marked Sponsored. We add a casino only for the countries where it tells us it holds a licence and may take players, but we do not guarantee it: a licence can be suspended or withdrawn, a casino may not accept you, and it may have dropped the game. Check the casino's licence and read its own terms before you sign up. Any account, deposit, bet or dispute is between you and the casino.

The casinos shown depend on the country your request comes from. If you are somewhere else than the site assumes, for example because you travel or use a VPN, the casinos shown may not be allowed to serve you, and playing there may not be legal for you. That is for you to check.

A demo is not real play: how it goes says nothing about what would happen with real money. Responsible gambling says more.

Figures can be wrong

RTP, maximum win, volatility, bet limits and release dates come from the studios. They can be wrong or out of date, and a casino can run the same game with a different RTP and different limits. Before you play for money, read the rules of the game at the casino where you play.

Names and artwork

Game names, studio names, logos, other trademarks and artwork belong to their owners. They appear here to identify the games and the studios. A listing does not mean that a studio endorses this site.

If you own something shown here and want it corrected or removed, write to us.

What you send us

When you submit a game or send us a message, you confirm that:

• what you tell us is true as far as you know;
• you represent the studio, or have its permission to submit the game;
• you have the right to share the text and images you send, and they break nobody's rights.

You allow us to show what you submit about a game on the site and wherever the site shows its listings, such as link previews, its feed of new games and its emails. We may shorten, correct and format the text and resize the images.

A listing is free. We review every submission and may decline it. We may change or remove a listing at any time, and we promise no place in any list.

Do not send us anything unlawful, other people's personal data, or anything you are not allowed to share. How we handle what you send is in the privacy policy.

Fair use

Use the site as a person would. Do not:

• start demos by script or bot, pay for clicks, or do anything else to push a play count or a rank up or down;
• copy the site in bulk, or load it with automated requests that slow it down for others;
• try to get into parts of the site that are not public, get around its limits, or interfere with how it works;
• send spam or advertising through the forms.

Search engines and other crawlers that follow robots.txt and keep a polite pace are welcome.

We may leave out plays that we believe are not genuine, and block access that breaks these rules.

Advertising

Some spots on the site are paid for. Each carries an Ad label and the word Featured or Sponsored. Paying for a placement does not change a rank or a play count.

A casino can pay to be shown behind the Play button of a game in the countries it serves; it is then labelled Sponsored. That changes no rank and no list.

A placement is booked with us directly. Its price and dates are agreed for each booking and are not part of these terms.

No guarantees

We work to keep the site correct and online, but we provide it as it is and promise neither. Lists, figures and links can be wrong, incomplete or missing, and the site can change or stop at any time.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using the site or relying on it, or from the demos, studios, casinos and other sites it links to. That includes money lost gambling, and anything that happens between you and a casino.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law gives you and that cannot be given up, or limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The date under the title shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply to you.
