Choose a stake and one of four difficulty levels, then start on the bottom row and pick one tile per row to climb towards the top. A safe tile reveals a gem, moves you up a row and raises the payout; a skull ends the round and the bet is lost. After any row you can cash out, carry on, or reveal all the remaining rows in one go, and the game always shows the current winnings and what the full climb would pay.

Some tiles on the coloured rows hide an extra multiplier of 2× or 11×, and together these can multiply the winnings by up to 44 times. The demo has nine rows, with levels running from one skull among four tiles to three skulls among four. In auto mode you fix the difficulty and the tiles to open, the number of rounds, stake changes after wins and losses and stop limits. Split The Pot lets operators set the RTP.
